Robin Titus

Born and raised in Cape Town, Robin Titus has built a legal career grounded in a strong understanding of the South African immigration and refugee law landscape.

After completing an LLB at the University of the Western Cape (UWC), Robin completed his Articles of Clerkship at the UCT Refugee Rights Unit, gaining valuable experience in refugee and immigration-related matters. He subsequently joined Le Roux Attorneys, where he further developed his expertise and practical experience in the field of immigration law.

Robin was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2025, marking an important milestone in his legal career. Driven by a commitment to providing professional, personalised and practical legal assistance, he founded Robin Titus & Associates in 2026, with a focus on assisting clients with their immigration and refugee law needs.

Outside of his legal practice, Robin is a passionate sports enthusiast and a dedicated football and rugby fan. his Cape Town roots, combined with his legal experience and commitment to his clients, form an important part of the values he brings to his practice.
